The data we collect and why

When you visit our website, and use our contact form, we will use your name, email address and phone number to contact you about setting up an appointment to start your bridal journey with us.

When you come into the store, or speak to us virtually, we will use the information you provide us to support our tailored approach to give you the best experience possible.

If you choose to make a purchase from us, we will use the above information, as well as any payment details, to complete that transaction.

By browsing our website, cookies will also be placed by our website provided Wix. We have no control over what is placed but understand that these are required for the proper operation of the website. You can see more about this here.

How we store your data and how long we will keep it for

We will store your data securely in google cloud, with Wix our website provider and with Sumup and Kashflow our payment/finance providers.

Any data you provide to us will be stored for the duration of the engagement and for at least 7 years after any sale has been completed. We have to keep data this for HMRC reasons.

At the end of this period, we will erase all data that is no longer required.
